I am thinking about creating a Wordpress blog. I read this article several times and find it confusing. First you talk about creating a Wordpress site, then jump to socrates and paid themes without explaining what the differences are or how they relate to Wordpress. Most people do not understand that kind of language.
I am an Internet Marketing newbie and I read a lot of people saying that WordPress is the way to go. I think Socrates theme is great and easy to work with. I might try it. I am still yet to start a Hub.

I too am thinking about starting a wordpress blog. At first, I was just gonna start free, but now after reading your hub - I may reconsider. A lot of people use Blogger which free. I have a blogger blog myself and do make a little Adsense earnings from it, and I don't have to pay to include adsense on it which is one of the features that attracted me to it as a free blog. With Wordpress you have to upgrade for that feature, but I do understand they have a ton of benefits. How do you think Wordpress & Blogger compare to each other?

Wordpress can be a little tedious to create but if you know which hosting to get, with only a few clicks your Wordpress site is created.
Blogger doesn't have categories, so you can't group your articles. With Wordpress, especially if you have different topics, you can easily categorize each topic.
